Rule 113
Asset statement to be submitted
All employees who are in place at the time of commencement of this regulation shall prepare and submit the asset statement as per schedule-19 within three months of the implementation of this regulation and newly appointed employees within one month of their appointment as follows:-
(a) Authorized level employees should prepare two copies of property statement and submit it to the Ministry. One copy of the property statement submitted in that way should be kept by the Ministry and the other copy should be sent to the Ministry of General Administration.
(b) Assistant level employees should prepare a copy of the property statement and submit it to the relevant departmental head.
